Our wallpapers require time to design and manufacture, then send before receiving the order at your home. In Metropolitan France, our products are shipped to our customers within an average of 6 working days.
Our products are shipped, depending on the location, with the following transport services: Colissimo, TNT or FEDEX.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive the order confirmation and your invoice by email.

We process your order within 48 to 72 hours.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company.

Our panoramic wallpapers are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes. You must check your order and the condition of the package before accepting it from the delivery person. Finally, the installation of the wallpaper constitutes acceptance of your order.

- My package is damaged, an item is defective, what should I do?
