Return Conditions

SAS Les Panoramiques Le Mariage 73240 Champagneux owns the Kam et Leon brand, also known as "Kam et Leon" or "the seller".
The seller has launched a website for the sale of decorative products subject to the General Conditions of Sale (GCS) for sale to private customers and professionals.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.
The seller reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at its discretion; all orders placed under the old conditions will be governed by them.


Kam et Leon grants private customers a 14-day withdrawal period. Thus, private customers have 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund at no additional cost, except for return costs.

This policy does not apply to custom products made to measure for a customer.

We inform Customers that in accordance with the provisions of article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customized or transformed products according to customer specifications, particularly when production of the product has already been launched (between 24 and 48 hours after order validation) . 

Warranty and Claims

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of twelve months provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

All returns must be made by email to the following address: contact@kam-et-leon.fr.

In the event of receipt of unordered references, and after verification that the error is not attributable to the customer, the products will be returned by the customer at the seller's expense.

Non-receipt of the goods must be reported to the seller within 15 days of the order confirmation date.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must:
Check that the quantity of goods received is correct;
Check that there are no defects. No claims for installation costs can be accepted once a strip of wallpaper has been installed.
In the event of any error, the customer must notify the seller within 7 days of the arrival of the goods and before any processing of the goods.

Damage due to transport

Upon delivery, the customer or his representative must check the goods in the presence of the duly authorized carrier. In the event of damage(s) due to transport, the customer, as recipient, must expressly notify the carrier of the reservations to be made within the time limits.
